• Incoming Deliveries is where shipment checks are recorded at handoff.
• Suppliers stores vendor details and quality expectations.
• Delivery Hub shows, for a period and site, what was rejected, what was accepted with a problem, and which corrective actions are still open.
• Delivery Settings holds the categories, required temperatures and items staff pick from.
