Born from experience
A chef's solution to a critical need.
SmartProbe was designed by Adam, who spent more than 30 years cooking, training staff and running food businesses. He saw how much time busy chefs lost to paper temperature logs, and how often those logs were wrong, forgotten or filled in after the fact.
We grew tired of the gap in the market for a monitoring system that was reliable, simple to use and affordable, so we built it ourselves, combining real kitchen experience with our own engineers and developers.
Today SmartProbe protects food, vaccines and medication for kitchens, clubs, food manufacturers and medical practices across Australia.
